Gavin holds the record for having built more of his boat than anyone else on record, having home built sails, spars foils and hull for Mango Jam. He's not allowed to say what he does for a living, suffice to say that it involves aspects of the design of large grey ships. Noted for liking plenty of wind (when sailing!).
