Applicant's Certification:  If accepted, I agree to be bound by the Restated Articles of Incorporation and all by-laws, rules, instructions, and regulations established by the Pewaukee Yacht Club, Inc. (PYC).
        PYC assumes no responsibility or liability for individual club member's personal effects of boats of any type.  The instructions and rules which apply to all races sponsored by PYC for its members specifically state that "In sanctioning and conducting races neither the Pewaukee Yacht Club nor any of its agents assumes in any manner any responsibility or liability whatsoever for participating yachts, their crews, or their guests."
        I fully realize that PYC is operated almost exclusively by volunteer efforts of its members and that the Club's success depends upon the extent to which each of its members contributes of his or her time and talents.   Therefore, permanent membership status will follow one season probationary period during which I agree to do a share of the work necessary for the Club's operation.
