2007 Membership Renewal & Boat Registration

Pursuant to Article 1, Section 2 of the Pewaukee Yacht Club by-laws, PLEASE COMPLETE THIS FORM and forward it, along

Payment MUST be postmarked by February 1, 2007, to avoid a late penalty of $50.  If dues and late fees are not postmarked by March 1, 2007,
membership shall be considered voluntarily rescinded.

REGARDING FIREWORKS:  In order to provide the traditional PYC Fourth of July fireworks display, we are asking for your
financial support.  Without voluntary payments dues would need to increase in order to continue this tradition.  Approximately
$40 per membership is needed to cover the costs.  Please give generously.
