3/11/07:    2007 Membership Dues

It is time to renew your membership for the 2007 season. Members should have received, or will shortly receive, their membership renewal and boat registration forms. Please review the information pre-printed on the forms and make any necessary changes.

Make sure that all membership materials and dues are postmarked no later than February 1, 2007 to avoid a $50 late fee as mandated by our by-laws (Article 1, Section 5). If dues and late fees are not postmarked by March 1, 2007, membership shall be considered voluntarily rescinded.

             Into Madison Sports
             Hall of Fame

It's official, Peter will be inducted into the Madison Sports Hall of Fame!

Please mark Tuesday, June 5, 2007 on your calendar as the day to come to Madison and attend the Madison Sports Hall of Fame banquet.

This is only the second time that the Hall of Fame has recognized a sailor. The first was legendary iceboater Carl Bernard who was inducted in 1963.

Peter's skill, sportsmanship and humility are legendary. His recognition by his hometown and the Hall of Fame is an important day for our sport.

Make a reservation and help celebrate. You'll be among the company of sailors from far and near.
